Be Creative! B-E Creative! Yeah, that’s a cheer and I think I do it in the podcast, too. This is a bit of a delay in release, but hey, better late than never.

I’m hoping to be on podcast prunes soon, so i can be more regular.

That’s a poop joke. Enjoy!

Stay humble. Know your worth, but don’t get too big for your britches.

Also, I saw Kate Bargatze.

I felt like I messed up pretty bad the other night at a show. I honestly forgot my set I planned. Luckily I was semi-ready with back up jokes. I also showed I was flustered. Don’t do that!

Festival submissions are open for a lot of different places. We have the battlersknob festival coming at the end of June. Why should you consider submitting? What does it do? Is it worth it? There are a lot of reasons you should consider it and I share my thoughts in this episode.

Judy Carter’s book “The Comedy Bible” is essential reading for any comedian, in my opinion. One thing she suggests is having a comedy buddy. Having someone you can write with, share ideas, etc.

This is a quick episode, but take your time to truly think of someone you can count on to help you along the way.

In this episode I share about my sponsor/partner/energy drink supplier https://www.dubby.gg/discount/BOBBYBENAVIDES?ref=irmdwtqa

DUBBY is an energy drink that will keep you going with no sugar additives. Check them out at the link above.

I also talk about some mic etiquette for comedians. Supporting each other is important, but you show it by listening, staying quiet, or leaving if you have to speak loudly. I might be a curmudgeon, but I feel pretty passionate about this topic.
