They've got a long one today! The biddies touch on comedy a bit and dive into space operas and werewolves? They finish out with the Sleep Monster story getting more world building and Coco reads a quick snippet from the biddy's created universe.

The biddies dive deeper into the nightmare world they’ve created! Always silly moments along the way as they breakdown the monster genre. 

The biddies wonder through the weeds a bit with Avatar before diving into Gene's noir series idea and Coco's strange tale of undead gods taking over the mob. Lastly they have some technical difficulties that Coco refused to cut.

The audio this week is a bit garbage due to technical difficulties (blame Coco). In any case, the biddies dive into the unfortunately lucrative world of baby bosses and human centipedes. Don’t worry though they also talk about Gene’s mischievous nature and Coco’s love of AI stories. Also, they introduce ‘I dream of Coco.” A new segment where Coco talks about his dreams which are strangely episodic and story based. 

The biddies talk about why they love (or is it hate?) horror. Coco brings up 'It Follows' and says some really heavy stuff about ‘Night of the Living Dead' while Gene stands behind his affirmation that horror movies don't work on him. They build a post apocalyptic world where aliens have taken the surface but still love dogs. Lastly Gene brags about never faking being nice so Coco feels better about him continuing to come back to the podcast. 

In this episode the biddies are getting into their groove with their love of horror. Can Gene ever be scared, really? Can Coco ever be satisfied with an ending to a movie? The biddies talk about horror tropes and what they want from their favorite genre. Boddies are washing up everywhere in this "Are You Afraid of the Dark" inspired episode. (TRIGGER WARNING: SUICIDE MENTION) 

Still figuring out the show's structure, Gene and Coco create an after life of confusion, complain about video games, come to terms with aging, get mad about the Purge, ask some really good questions about Superman, and realize they both want to talk about horror. Coco would also like to appoligise to Iceland for his accidental accent, and to the listener for the abrupt ending as he and Gene forgot to record a closer.

And so it begins, sort of. Gene and Coco  figure out what the Biddies cast is going to be in this Episode Zero. They chat about what each episode will look like, rant about movies (New Mortal Kombat spoilers) and make sure they can chat for a long time about anything (heads up, they can).
