The person.
Back when Suky was starting her journey into leadership, the whole model was based on modeling or echoing the previous leaders in the industry. Their styles would be adopted and you would be expected to lead this way.
The only challenge is, there's a huge gap between what you want and what you get in life. The same goes for leadership.
There are over 26,000 data points when it comes to leadership and what qualifies a person as a good leader.
In this episode, we're going to outline some good measures to consider when bringing on leaders.

- Do you have the latitude to follow your DNA to lead according to who you are
- Is your family or your personal mental health at risk in this position of leadership?
- Are your forced to work on your weaknesses, or operate on your strengths?
There are so many factors discussed in this episode.
