Probably yes but give it a listen and let us know your thoughts.

You join us on our boozy festive episode, after spending a few hours sampling Jamie's December homebrew stout in the wet and very windy garden bar ( hence no recording of that part ) we set record as we sit around the dining table later in the night as we thaw out, chat about the homebrew stout, reviewing 2 beers Guinness foreign extra stout and a Scottish stout matured in Irish whiskey barrels from Innis & Gunn. Of course accompanied by a couple of short tales from the social club...

In this episode we discuss whether a beer that is considered crap can ever be considered good. We talk about two tales from our local social club and the kind of characters we encounter in there from a quick after football pint on a Monday evening to stumbling upon family night on a Saturday night. Also discussing the beer we are drinking and some beer news if there is any this particular week that doesn't include the unfortunate closure of a brewery or pub.

Welcome back to Tales from the social club podcast, where we bring you funny drunken tales from our time spent in the pubs and clubs.
In this episode Aaron and Jamie talk through what they are drinking before Jamie brings his drunken tale of being 18 years old on a family all inclusive holiday in Turkey mixing Raki with Jagermeister trying to impress some girls from Norway and of course this not being a success. Aaron shares a similar tale of going away with his friends on his first holiday with the ' lads ' when he was 18, turns out Ibiza in the off season while being cheap isn't the full on party experience they had hoped and Absinth is not to be taken lightly.
