Talk Insta to Me

You can't have missed it: yapping Reels are dominating Instagram right now. But they're nothing new. Talking head reels (like I like to call them) have been around for many years, but suddenly they are the trend.

In this episode we'll not only talk about why they are suddenly having a moment, we also discuss whether you should be making them part of your content mix too.

Now a little warning: don't listen to this episode if you can't appreciate some Dutch tough love. Because I'm bringing it. Hard.

In a few days I'm having eye surgery, eeek! Because I will obviously need to recover, aaand because I probably won't be able to show up on screen for a while, I'm currently batch creating my content.

And that doesn't mean reinventing the wheel for every single post. If I had to come up with 20+ posts from scratch I'd need an instant 4-week Bali holiday.

No, I go about this the smart way. And in this episode I'll share exactly how :)

There's a "new" content format on Instagram that hardly anyone is using yet...

It's not Reels...

It's not Trial Reels...

And it's also not really carousels...

In this episode I'll tell you exactly what it is, why the psychology behind it is so interesting, and how to actually use it :)

Last week I posted a question box on my IG Stories where you could drop your most burning hook questions. And you did!

In this episode I'm answering them all, like:

🧐 Do hooks just matter for Reels, or also for carousels?
🧐 How do you know if your hook is strong?
🧐 What is the difference between a hook that gets views and a hook that gets followers?
🧐 What is a good hook for a specific niche?
🧐 How to create hooks without overthinking?
🧐 What is a high skip rate?
🧐 Where do I start with hooks, it feels so overwhelming?

And don't forget: Hooked - The Program is still available for the early bird price of $97 :)

Instagram recently revealed the single most important metric for your reach: skip rate.

In this episode we're not skipping anything, but we're diving deep into this metric. What it is, why it matters more than likes, comments or saves, and what your skip rate is actually telling you about your hook.

I collected real skip rate data from my community so you finally have a benchmark to measure yourself against. Because until now, no one has ever published one 🤫

Want to learn if your skip rate is healthy, and if not - what to do about it? Let's dive in.

In this episode I want to talk about one of the most underrated ways to grow your Instagram following. Even Adam Mosseri, the head of Instagram, recently talked about this.

This strategy only takes 10 minutes a day, is completely free, doesn't require you to show up on camera AND it does not even involve Instagram... 👀

Curious? Listen to the episode now 🤗
