It's been a little while since the last episode and it's awesome to be back, this time joined by Jess Blewitt. Jess turned a lot of heads this season with her amazing talent on the bike and top ten results on the UCI World Cup circuit. I'm sure it's not going to be long before we see her right up there on the World Cup podiums.

We recorded this episode at the new ilabb house, "The ilodge" . We were sat outside on the deck so you may hear a few cars and lambs from time to time.

Listen up Queenstown! I was stoked to get the chance to catch up with Rod and find out a little more about him. Rod has a background in the tech industry and has set him self up to be able to live the dream life. He now bases himself in Queenstown, and has been a strong driving force in helping the QMTBC carry on building the MTB network in the area. You don't need to spend much time with Rod to see the passion he has for all the projects he puts his time into, and it was great to hear there's still so much to come.

Everyone's been asking for him since I started this podcast, so it was awesome to get Pang in Talkin' Turkey. He absolutely lives for racing, so I was great to hear his thoughts on the upcoming Les Gets world cup this weekend.

He has heaps of experience himself racing world cups in the early 2000's and even a former Scottish champ!

The UCI Downhill world cup kicked off with one of the best opening rounds I've watched for a long time.

I got Conner Harvey, Jamie Tilbury and Jamies dog Monty round for a brew to talk turkey on Leogang rd 1

Leogang WC1 is around the corner and I got chatting with 2 good mates that have raced and spannered on the WC circuit.
