Had a great week. Had some great gains in my jiu-jitsu game. I don't think people know to change there cabin air filters. Good rule of thumb too. If you change one you change the other. I have been watching some great shows. (my opinion) I say check them out. Finding out what I am good at.

Weekly Round Up Description

I am tired of winter all ready. Snow removal sucks and mother nature is not letting up this year. The vaping industry is changing again. This time its the nicotine. Its all going to be synthetic nicotine. I don't know much about it. My guess is that is will be a soupier product . giving the Juice longer shelve life.  I think it will also make the juice taste better even if you increase you nicotine because of the fact it is flavorless. I finally nocked down my nicotine to a 6mg. As of 01/20/2022 Its been 6 days. so far so good. I am more irritable but this will pass and then I can go down again and get off Vaping all together. Not nicotine though just vaping. Listening to things we don't agree with helps us have a difference of opinion and a great way to find out how you really feel bout something. Your addiction is your issue to fix. Not everyone else problem to solve for you.

Weekly Round Up Description

Great couple weeks. Even though a lot of driving in shitty weather all the memories and good times were worth it. I could do without the shoveling. Last two weeks of BJJ were exactly what I needed to shake this anger out of me. I tell a story about how I learned to drive in the snow. Goals and keeping busy has made it so easy for me to be alcohol behind me. It is just not important anymore. Everything I have built and am working on is number one priority. I got really stoned and I think mother earth is out to get us.

Weekly Round Up Description

Had a great week. It was a short work week and who does not enjoy that. Then Christmas Eve was great. Christmas was a lot of driving and a lot of bad weather but the company, food, and memories are priceless. Learning to live with this virus and upstanding that people are going to people is the only way out of this nightmare. We have to do it collectively. No one person or government is going to truly help us. Enough with the downer talk. Its 2022 a time to try and start a new anything. So have a safe and happy New Year every one and thank you to all that subscribe and listen I really do appreciate it.

Weekly Round Up Description

Christmas is here. The stress got heavy but I made it through again. Is it weird that I start feeling the Christmas spirit after all the shopping is done. Is that way it works when you have no kids and your old? Any way I had a good week with little drama which I  am always thankful for. Enjoy your family and love ones. Take a mental picture of everything and be thankful. I believe this will help us all.

Weekly Round Up Description

Had a great week. Even though I try to have my priorities in order. I still mess up all the time. Tried to register my car and ran into some issue. Usually will get frustrated and put it off. This time I faced it head on and got through my mistakes and now to clean up the mess I caused. I believe this is growth in the right direction. I go on a rant about Luke Thomas said Joe Rogan is wrong for not getting vaccinated.. I am tired of every shooting being the guns fault. At the end of the day I am so happy I am alive.

BOILING OVER

Stress has its way of causing us all to boil over and freak out from time to time. I have been working at this day after day for the last 3 years. Well after a few things did not go as planned. Also now things now have to be rearranged because of this. I broke after dropping a lid. With the holidays coming and now new bills witch are never planned for. Not the way I had pictured December to say the least.

Weekly Round Up Description

I finally found something that works for me. Its being Thankful and having gratefulness. That is my Higher Power. All the hard work I have done over the last year and a half finally paid off. Had a wonderful birthday/thanksgiving with family. Really enjoyed this Black Friday event. Cards never fall were I need them too. I had to except it and deal with the situation on hand. That's exactly what I did. I am very Thankful for that mindset it has been a long road to get here. This does not just happen over night. You have to put in the work day after day to better yourself and keep your demons.
