Great week got a lot accomplished. Yet never seem to have enough time for myself anymore. Things to work on. Fighting with my wife is stupid. I had a customer tell me that the podcast was helping them. This made me realize that no matter what I think is negatively happening in my life there is till a lot of positive things I am doing. There is always time to get back to running and lifting. Trees are gone. So much stress is no longer on my shoulders. Going back to class this week was great. Love being on the mats!
