Had to see two doctors in the same day. First Gastrologist and then my PCP on Monday before my second shot of moderna. Even though I am not an antivaxxer. I still have questions and concerns about all these vaccines that they call "SAFE". Some of the stuff I have read and listen to is alarming. I want more people to be aware even though the "SAFE" vaccines will hopefully put society in a better place it doesn't come without complications and sacrifice.

Going over stress and dealing with temptations to drink. This thinking process is going to take years to reprogram.

End of June I will be fully Vaccinated. I feel that most people do not choose to understand that its a 6 week process to be FULLY vacinated.

I go into detail about being processed through Brentwood Jail. This all went down in 2004 So a lot of my experiences may not exist anymore. I explain my first 10 days in lockup. Its a not fun experience. A lot can happen in thirty days so I will have a part 2 & 3.

The government incentive is not going to work the way they want it to. I believe that most of the people on unemployment want to go back to work. They just don't want to go to Walmart or McDonalds. They want there career or business back. Can you do that government? I think not! That's why it wont work but it may incentivize someone else who wouldn't get started. Times are tough and No matter what we will never have it as good as we once did in 2019. What we have right now is a unforeseen future. I just hope its a good one. To anyone who loss, family ,business or a career what ever you loss because of Covid-19 my prayers go out to you.

Doubting myself as usual. Not sure if I should continue with my post on social. Feeling as if nothing I do is good enough. One day I hope to fully overcome this and be able to always feel that everything I do as long as intentions are good. It will al work out.

Mask's are going away. That is the reason I got the vaccine. I do not believe there are Nano bots or tracking devises but it makes for a great title:)

That being said looking forward to taking the mask off at the end of June.

I started Vitamin B-12 injections again and now I am feeling great. This is a the way I beat my depression and got off my pills for it. Now quitting drinking was the biggest factor in that for sure. B-12 was the final step after blood work and talking to my doctor.

Well I can finally breathe through both nostrils. This is the first time in 24yrs. After two surgeries and a costly bill. I have to say this feeling that most of you take for granted is priceless and I am so happy to have fixed this problem in my life. Getting put under is helpful but, I find its side effects to last for a while. This time along with the lack of putting a sentence together. This time I had trouble peeing and pooping. It took another 36 hrs before everything started working again.

I never thought that one day I would be so satisfied about cutting  the grass and then having it rain the next day. These are the things that make me happy today. As a man in my forties. I am so happy that alcohol did not take away this joy I have in my life today. Even if it is old man shit that makes me happy.

Mothers day was great it was so nice to see everyone this year. Without mothers none of would be here. Think about that.

After a year of not going anywhere and making things to do to keep busy. Now it is time to go do things and see people again. Now because of this I feel like I have even less time than before. Where does all the time go and why does feel like it fly's by as I get older?

All the stress that I am going through right now is just because of Surgery. I can not stop worrying about whether or not it is going to work. I will only be able to know after I heal. So I keep thinking bout it driving myself nuts. Just like when I keep thinking about the tress in the back yard falling on my house or my neighbors garage. So many things out of my hands that I stress about. I really need to let go of those things I can not control. They say  that these thoughts can lead you down the wrong path but yet I still cant let them go. My wife and I finally had that conversation bout the wine. Only took 5 days for her to notice I moved it. None the less we talked and she understood my point of view. So no argument and no fight. Just goes to show you I wasted my time fighting with myself.

Takin bout computer issues that cost me 2hrs of my time but this time I did not yell and scream. I took a deep breathe and just fixed the issue at hand. The reason this happen is because I have a full argument with my self and that I will tell you in the podcast was a wild ride of emotions. I have surprised myself by how far I have come with my sobriety from alcohol. I still counts my months as they go by or add up. We all have to have something to aim for and have goals set in-between so that we can acknowledge our accomplishments. Sometimes we make decisions try to protect the ones we love. This is tough but they will understand if you hold your ground and do it in a positive way.
