I talk about how I was able to connect with my cousin and her husband and how much that meant to me.  

I talk about the weather once again and how pleasant things are since the heat wave broke with the storm.  I also discuss the wacky events, emotions and upheaval happening in myself and the world because of all the heavenly retrogrades, eclipses and the full moon.

I talk about how I'm terrible to drive with when you are an adult and how even more terrible I am to drive with as a beginner.  I know I shouldn't reinforce how uncomfortable I am in the car when Henry is driving.  I keep praying about it, blessing the car, blessing the other cars around us, blessing Henry, etc., but I'm awful to have as a passenger in a car.  I've explained all this to Henry and I've apologized, but none of this helps him learn how to be a better driver.  This is an instance in which I am grateful to Bill for having a far better attitude in the car than I do.  I'm glad Henry is enjoying driving with one parent at least!

I heard a turquoise-level (Ken Wilbur's actualized levels, Integrated level) interviewed on NPR yesterday and I wondered if anyone could actually hear and understand what he was saying about how everything is interconnected as to how COVID-19 got started and such a foothold in the world.  Environmental decline, decimated natural habitat, overpopulation, etc. all worked together to create this pandemic.  I'm so happy to hear an integrated person being interviewed, but with all the lower level people out there who can't understand those in the higher levels, I wonder if his message reached very many people.  Here's to more interviews with integrated and super-integrated people!  10% of the population is all that's needed to become a turquoise and start changing how the world acts and responds to crises and issues troubling us today.  We can't change anything by just looking at the symptoms.  An integrated, holistic approach is the key to making lasting and effective change.

I talk about how I've held on to my kids'  old art projects forever and how I'm finally taking pictures of them and letting them go.  Some of the projects are really sweet, but this is mostly stuff I should have let go long ago.

I wonder about where exactly my PTSD originated.  I talk about various things that happened to me when I was young that probably contributed to the problem.

I wonder about how I can help my friends feel better if I can't listen to their problems and heal them at the same time, like Abraham discusses? Then I realize that I am not in the business of healing my friends, nor do I actually want friends who talk about their problems all the time, so it's really a moot point.

I talk about Abraham's thoughts on being a healer and how many healers leave the vortex/high vibration center and come into "illness" to engage with their client.  Abraham says healers can't heal outside the vortex and need to look past the client's illness to their "wellness" in order to be effective.

I talk about how I've been feeling more in my body lately -- stepping into my power more -- and how it feels so much better than walking around numb.

I talk about the things I saved from when my Dad died and how most of them have been out of reach for me for nearly 6 years.  I look at the different reasons and ways I should emotionally release myself from these items.
