The third podcast in the Australian Entrepreneurs series which features the thoughts regarding entrepreneurship from Ben May, the Managing Director of The Code Company.  I have had the privilege of seeing the growth of his business ventures of the last 10 years.  Two things stood out in our discussion – the first and most critical is finding a way to balance running the business and life outside work and secondly, that a part of Ben’s learning strategy is to engage with people with skill sets different to his and to adapt what he can to suit his needs.
