Our guest this week is White Ferns Captain Sophie Devine. Sophie is a dual international having represented New Zealand in both Hockey and Cricket and in the past 18 months has become one of the most destructive batters on the planet.

Sophie talks about her battle with depression and how it impacted her on a daily basis. Having Sophie open up and talk about her struggles was incredibly brave and her willingness to share is fantastic as hopefully it may offer some help for people suffering or those supporting people who are suffering.
