Our guest this week is Clinical Psychologist and Ironman competitor Louise Davey.  Louise has completed more then 10 Ironman events including the iconic Kona Ironman in Hawaii. 

Louise also works for High Performance Sport New Zealand as a Psychologist, with some of New Zealand's top athletes and as a result has a unique take on the mental skills as she lives what she preaches.
