This week we tried something new. We were lucky enough to have David's wife Aroha (who is also a clinical psychologist), their 2 daughters, as well as Tony Philp and Clark Laidlaw joining us for a panel discussion about competition in youth sport.
It is an interesting conversation that really challenged my thinking and has made me reflect on what it is that I believe to be most important and how we can find the balance.
If you enjoy this please share it with your friends and if you want to join in the live discussion join us on the Facebook TalkingPerformance group and tune in at 8pm (NZ Time) every Monday Night.
