To kick season 2 off we are so happy to have Dave Rennie on the show. Dave has had huge success in his coaching career with NZ U20s and the Chiefs here in NZ as well as the Glasgow Warriors in the UK and is now the Head Coach of the Wallabies.

DG worked with Dave at the Chiefs and saw first hand how Dave connects the team with each other and also the wider community. In this chat Dave discusses what he believes is important when creating successful teams and leaders, regardless of the sport.
