Each week after we have a guest on we have a reflection session where we go through some of the concepts that the guest spoke about.

This week we reflect on what All Blacks Coach Ian Foster shared with us around his philosophy since taking over the All Blacks. One thing that struck me about Ian was how he didn't need the limelight and saw himself as a cog in the wheel, surrounding himself with good people,
