Our guest this week is Jason Shepard. Jason is a grass roots rugby coach who is currently based in Tauranga NZ, working with Te Puke Sports Rugby Club. 

Jason has a huge desire to learn and grow and share that with those who he coaches. He is a big fan of the games based approach to coaching and is always looking for ways in which he can improve his trade.
