Tonight's guest is Dean Eggers who has been involved in professional golf as both the founder and managing director of a management company as well as spending a number of years on the bag, caddying for some of the countries best players.

Dean is back in the business world and he shares his insights from both a sporting and business background. Plenty of gold nuggets in here, the sound is not perfect it does drop out occasionally.

Wayne Smithy, "Smithy" is a legend in NZ, not only in Rugby but in coaching. He was an All Black himself between 1980-1985 and went on to win titles with the Crusaders (as Head Coach) and the Chiefs (as assistant coach to Dave Rennie) as well as the 2011 and 2015 Rugby World Cups.

He now lives in Japan with his wife Trish and coaches the Kobelco Steelers, where his golden touch has continued.
