Talking Poofy (Scott Brennan, Adam Richard, Toby Sullivan) present The Poofcast 44 (Season 2 Episode 14) Guest Starring Nelly Thomas with Special Guest Star Wes Snelling as Confusion.
We go up north to talk to one of our Canadian listeners (from Canadia) Jeff, and try to ascertain just why people listen to this drivel. Then we get a stern talking to from bisexual comedian Nelly Thomas, about why certain people will never listen to this drivel.
The Grunt Report finds a very frustrated Grunty MacFarkring wondering what sort of arse-in-the-air business model we are using to fund The Poofcast. Where's Wes? reaches critical mass, and Toby gets sucked into the confusion vortex.
We get more information from Mother Paul Horan about the secret language of gays in Poofstory, and Is That a Thing? wonders about The Dirty Sanchez, and if you know what one of those is, you still won't be prepared for the peculiar twist this segment takes this week...
WARNING The Poofcast contains coarse language, explicit descriptions of sexual acts, reinforcing lesbian stereotypes while attempting to debunk them, and Wes Snelling's increasingly confusing and confusingly compelling, geographically challenged segment.

Talking Poofy (Scott Brennan, Adam Richard, Toby Sullivan) present The Poofcast 43 (Season 2 Episode 13) guest starring Trevor Ashley, Mother Paul Horan and special guest star Wes Snelling as Amanda.
The Talking Poofy Sex Survey finally finishes (it feels like it's been going since 132BC) and we Interrogayt musical theatre star Trevor Ashley (Priscilla, Hairspray, Liza on an E). We eavesdrop on Grunty MacFarkring's keynote address from the recent Golden Urinal awards for a special Grunt Report. Wes Snelling makes absolutely no sense in any way, shape or form in Where's Wes? and Mother Paul Horan teaches us about the secret language of gays in Poofstory.
WARNING The Poofcast contains coarse language, sexually explicit discussion and something about Debbie Gibson, but that's in Wes Snelling's segment, so it may be a complete non-sequitur.

Talking Poofy (Scott Brennan, Adam Richard, Toby Sullivan) present The Poofcast 42 (Season 2 Episode 12) featuring guest-stars Richard Watts, Paul Horan and Wes Snelling.
Dear Talking Poofy continues to push on through the Talking Poofy Sex Survey results, and Richard Watts gives us a poof's guide to AFL, to help the sports-illiterate homo survive the dreaded footy finals barbecue season.
The Grunt Report finds Grunty McFarkring milking money out of marriage, Wes Snelling finds himself stuck in a box in Where's Wes? and we find ourselves surprised and delighted as Mother Paul Horan educates us on the Catholic church's gay saints, Sergius and Bacchus.
Then there is the increasingly distressing Is That a Thing? where we discuss a decidedly unsafe sex practice and whether it is at all practical.
WARNING The Poofcast contains coarse language, sexually explicit discussion, gay saints, footy slash fiction, and the perpetually confused Wes Snelling.

Talking Poofy (Scott Brennan, Adam Richard, Toby Sullivan) present The Poofcast 41 (Season 2 Episode 11) guest-starring Em Rusciano and Paul Horan.
Dear Talking Poofy reveals some surprising results from our Talking Poofy Sex Survey (it's still online, go and skew the results for the next episode). We Interrogayt a former Australian Idol contestant, a former breakfast radio Perthonality, current 7PM Project contributor and cabaret diva, Em Rusciano.
Grunty McFarkring has devised an even more heinous money making scheme, Is That a Thing? wonders if there is in fact such a thing as The Pink Sock and we welcome an all-new regular guest to The Poofcast in the form of Mother Paul Horan with our new segment Poofstory. Find out some shocking facts about Abraham Lincoln and his bodyguard. (Just because this new segment is vaguely educational does not mean it is bereft of hideous innuendo - ye olde filthe abounds).
Details of Em Rusciano's gigs can be found, eventually, by digging into her impenetrable blog.

WARNING: The Poofcast contains coarse language, sexually explicit discussion (including more than one reference to prolapsing colons) and childish jokes about a revered American President and his shitpipe hat.

Talking Poofy (Scott Brennan, Adam Richard, Toby Sullivan) present The Poofcast 40 (Season 2 Episode 10) guest-starring Colin Batrouney, Geraldine Hickey and Thomas Jaspers.
A straight man writes in to Dear Talking Poofy to ask us why the ditzy drag queens on reality television have no sense of gay history, and we ask our Sexpert, Colin Batrouney, if it's important to know our history. Or Poofstory, as it were.
Scott has had a rather vicious sexual encounter that has left him questioning what kind of dirty talk is appropriate, and we call Prue Lapse to find out how she feels about brutal bedroom banter.
Geraldine Hickey's fresh lesbian odyssey continues and we tackle the question of coming out to your parents so far down the track, and Thomas Jaspers unveils one of the more obvious inspirations for his camp childhood - his flamboyant grandmother.
WARNING: The Poofcast contains coarse language, sexually explicit discussion, a lesbian coming out of the closet, inappropriate mastectomy humour and the opinions of an ageing drag queen (and like the sequins on her gowns, her opinions are tarnished).

Talking Poofy (Scott Brennan, Adam Richard, Toby Sullivan) present The Poofcast 39 (Season 2 Episode 9) guest-starring Justin Hamilton, Thomas Jaspers, Colin Batrouney and a special appearance by Cameron from Newcastle.
Dear Talking Poofy gets all interactive as we get Cameron of Newcastle on the phone, who has a rather icky situation with his boyfriend, a Grindr profile and some suspected identity theft. (If you want your question answered email [email protected] - let us know if you want your query read out, or if you want us to call you)
The Interrogaytion once again places the hilarious Justin Hamilton under the glaring lavender bulb and our Sexpert, Colin Batrouney, tries to talk us through just why jokes about AIDS aren't funny. In The Grunt Report, the indefatiguable Grunty MacFarkring has a plan to drain even more money out of the spendthrift twinks that patronise his Wrong 'Uns chain, and the gayest child who ever lived, Thomas Jaspers, returns with another terrifying tale of the tween twinkletoes.
Podcast reccomendations: Justin Hamilton's Can You Take This Photo Please and Helliar and Hammo Dig Flicks.
WARNING: The Poofcast contains coarse language, adult themes, explicit discussion of a sexual nature, drug abuse (through the mouth) and extremely camp hard rubbish.

Talking Poofy (Scott Brennan, Adam Richard, Toby Sullivan) present The Poofcast 38 (Season 2 Episode 8) featuring guest stars Genevieve Morris and Wes Snelling.
Dear Talking Poofy dispenses medical advice when Daniel from Richmond asks us about his sore throat, and we find out just how frigid Toby really is. We strap hilarious comedian Genevieve Morris (Barbara from Bankworld, Elaine Front from the Ben Elton show and Comedy Inc) into the Interrogaytion chamber and find out just how good she is at karaoke.
The Grunt Report finds an even grumpier Grunty MacFarkring shouting down rumours that he is not actually gay, and just bilking money out of the cumoooonity. Where's Wes? completes a trilogy of baffling adventures in South East Asia and Wes Snelling discovers cultural differences in the toilet cubicle.
Is That a Thing? unveils another troubling sexual practice, one that Adam has first hand experience of.
WARNING: The Poofcast contains coarse language, explicit description of sexual acts and the peculiarities of toilet cubicles in South East Asia.

Talking Poofy (Scott Brennan, Adam Richard, Toby Sullivan) present The Poofcast 37 (Season 2 Episode 7) guest-starring Geraldine Hickey, Nath Valvo and Wes Snelling.
In Dear Talking Poofy we attempt to spice up the love life of a couple who've been together for 15 years, Geraldine Hickey's life as a fresh lesbian finds her at a lesbian bar, Nath Valvo is competing with Thomas Jaspers for the Gayest Kid Who Ever Lived and we are beginning to wonder if Where's Wes? is more of a philosophical than geographical question. All this, and our new favourite segment Is That a Thing? in the latest edition of The Poofcast.
Podcast recommendation: you can hear Geraldine Hickey on The Downlow podcast where she talks footy with Anne Edmonds, Kate McLennan and various guests.
WARNING: The Poofcast contains strong language, adult themes, explicit discussion of sexual techniques that allude to an orchestral instrument, and a very confused Wes Snelling.

Talking Poofy (Scott Brennan, Adam Richard, Toby Sullivan) present Poofcast 36 (Season 2 Ep 6) featuring guest stars Justin Hamilton and Wes Snelling.
Dear Talking Poofy presents a follow-up letter to our recent missive about foreskins, and we contact Prue Lapse to find out how she feels about all this extra skin lying about. The Interrogaytion probes Justin Hamilton and Where's Wes? takes us to exotic climes. The Grunt Report has an interesting moneymaking scheme in mind, and we present our brand new segment Is That a Thing? where we wonder about some rather peculiar sexual practices. All this and an easter egg blooper! (by "easter egg," we mean "after the end bit with Mrs Slocumb")
WARNING The Poofcast contains explicit language, sexual themes and drug use - also, my computer is being mental, and for some reason the whole thing sounds tinny and awful - hopefully will have that fixed by next week.

Talking Poofy (Scott Brennan, Adam Richard, Toby Sullivan) present The Poofcast 35 TPFM Special Edition.
We wonder what it would be like if we worked on commercial radio. Endless teases of stories you never hear, news and traffic that you don't really pay any attention to, attempts at humour about everyday life, embarrassing prank calls, and lots and lots of commercials. Lots of commercial. Plus, a lot of shit you've already heard. See if you can spot the new bits!
This is just like a Golden Girls episode where Rose has accidentally locked them in the basement so they have to reminisce about the funny stuff from previous episodes. Sure, there are a few new jokes, and because it's the Golden Girls, they're just as good as all the stuff in the flashbacks, but you still feel a bit ripped off, because you've seen most of it before.
WARNING: The Poofcast TPFM Special Edition contains coarse language, adult themes, explicit descriptions of sexual acts and lots of recycled crap from previous episodes.

Everything you never wanted to know about our people, and all the things you are too terrified to ask.
Scott Brennan, Adam Richard and Toby Sullivan present a putrid podcast. Frequent coarse language, frank discussion of explicit sexuality, and an outrageous amount of insane laughter.
