"Just curious if you have any advice on teaching our daughters about their bodies. I know it's not right to tell them not to touch themselves. But I am lost because as a 30 year old, you are more or less introducing me to masturbation. It just isnt something that has ever been talked about. My girls are years from that stage but I found myself wondering how I can guide them and make them comfortable in their bodies in general, not just sexually."

Amanda disucsses how providing a safe enviornment for your children is key when it comes to all topics, how talking about sex should be normalized, and how to help your children feel safer in their changing bodies
