Its been a month but bringing back this segement. I will be speaking with a personal favorite of mine who has been on our TV Screens  since 2004  on the Original Real World  San Diego. I have enjoyed watching her on these challenges from her first challenge Battle of the Sexes and has done eight after that. Going to keep the St. Thomas catchup shows going. I've been able to keep in touch with this guest through Alexandra's  Govere  spreecasts they do weekly  shows that you guys have to check out. Of course I'm talking about the one and only @BSwiftMTV. What has he been up to since the Real World  how did he feel about his cast on the last challenge Battle of the Seasons. Leading up to the Real Wolrd Portland I want to catch up with some of the St. Thomas cast to see how they've been. Will have @MTVTrey  coming back on for the fourth time tying him in second with Latoya. What has he been up to since The Challenge and Real World St. Thomas. What advice does he have for the eight new roomates who will be on our screens in March.  Very curious on how  crazy it was in Baltimore after his Ravens   beat my 49ers and a  lot  more.

Finally got our first glimpse of the Real Portland with the trailer that was aired on mtv.com. I will be joined by the person who is controlling the Real World Portland fan  twitter @RWPortland I will ask them how excited they are about the new season as well get their thoughts  on past story lines such as the poll on remotecontrol blog on MTV, the outcome of Battle of the Seasons and anything else related to the real world or challenges

I talked about this last week on my show there was a recent poll on remotecontrol.mtv.com last week givning us "the viewers"  the opportunity to vote for the next cast. Like I mentioned last week I had no problem on who was on the list but I will go in to greater detail on who I think is detail on who I think deserves to stay on the list who doesn't belong on the list and who should be on the list but didn't make it.

This will be my first male cast member of the "Where are They Now" segment which I'm looking forward to. This cast member  was a replacement cast member all the way back on Season 20 of Real World Hollywood. He ended up going  onto two consective challenges The Duel 2 as well as The Ruins. I'm talking about @NickBrownOnline. What has he been up to since the challenge? Why aren't any of his cast mates on challenges as of late.  Who does keep in contact with from the challenges and will he plan on coming back anytime soon
