Becky and I sit down to chat about our relationship with exercise but of course get sidetracked with relationships in general, then get back on track. We talk about removing stigma from what it means to exercise. how exercise makes us feel and the healthiest reason to exercise. oh and we giggle a lot.

Tonight Melbourne facing our 6th and probably not final lockdown... which lead me to think about disappointments throughout my life and and how I've dealt with them and moved past and grown from. Dealing with disappointment is a life skill.
