My name is Tracy Clairmont and I am a certified hypnotherapist, life coach and licensed mental health professional. I have over 25 years of experience working with the hearts and minds of people of all ages. While I have been blessed with incredible educational opportunities that prepared me to be a licensed mental health therapist, life coach, and hypnotherapist, my greatest and most meaningful learning has taken place in the school of life. It has been through my own painful life experiences that I have learned the meaning of, and the pathway to, true emotional healing. There is so much suffering that happens in our world today. We feel helpless within it, hopeless, stuck, afraid. This doesn't have to be. True healing is on the horizon. Join me as I share with you my healing journey and explore the many meaningful alternative healing methods in our world today, that will support you in doing your own deepest emotional healing. Along the way, we will be talking to guests who will also share their personal experiences with healing and talk about the healing practices that they provide.
