Special guest Tyler Newell joins the show and shares his stories of overcoming depression, finding yourself after a break up and the importance of seeking therapy while fighting your mental battles. We pay homage and acknowledge the tragic passing of hip hop artist Wake Self; who was set to appear on this show in a mid-November.
