Nicholas shares an incredibly angry rant to illustrate the effects of his anxiety and ways you can distinguish potential anxiety symptoms from your child’s ”back to school” jitters. Addison and Nicholas talk about back to school days, ditching class, JNCO’s, trapper keepers, lunch detention and Addison details his greatest attempts to miss school at any cost. Guest Misha Hernandez joins the program to open up about her life and bouts with anxiety/depression, the importance of showing love to your friends in need and Nicholas teaches her the difference between “stigma” and “astigmatism”.
