I'm so grateful for Jaden's authenticity, as he openly discusses the impact of Tall Poppy Syndrome and why it motivates him to loudly praise others! Born with a rare form of Spina Bifida he has faced many physical challenges including 32 major surgeries. Jaden shares what being a change-maker means to him, and his role models.

Jaden has such a fasciniating insight through his work advising the Ministry of Social Development & Auckland Transport, & as a member of the I.Lead National Committee.

The most notable qualities of Jaden’s character are found not in his competitive spirit but in his generous heart. He is heavily involved with the community, regionally & nationally, he serves on many committees and advisory groups.
