It was my absolute pleasure to have CoH Craig Harrison on the show.

Craig Harrison is a former Corporal of Horse in the Blues and Royals, a cavalry regiment of the British Army, who from 2009 to 2017 held the record for the longest confirmed sniper kill in combat, at a range of 2,475m (just over 1.5 miles).

He talk to us about his time in the British Army, Mental Health and his survival school he runs.
