Topic: Republicans Making America Exceptionally SICK Again

This is Tara Devlin, AKA Taradacktyl from RepublicanDirtyTricks.com on The Progressive Voices Channel on TuneIn. And this is a Two-Minute Tirade

The Pre-ACA American health care system that Republicans just voted to reinstate, was twice as expensive as the next most expensive system, bankrupted millions, kills thousands, left millions out and consistently ranked last or next to last in all positive measures - but it made a few people very rich, so that’s the system Republicans are inflicting on us again.

Just enjoy living in a country where someone can be inflicted with the type of Elephantiasis Lymphedema only seen in so-called “Third World” countries, because he can’t afford to see a doctor.

Yes, that’s true, an American man living in Las Vegas, named Wesley Warren, Jr. pre-ACA, had no insurance and also elephantitis of the scrotum. He tried to raise money to have it removed, but he only raised $2000 dollars. You know, sort of like a Republican “health savings plan,” which is nothing but an excuse to give more money to banks while placating you with the false security. So his scrotum grew to 135 pounds, which is rather “exceptional” for a scrotum, I must admit. It kinda makes sense he’s an American.

Well, like Republicans predict, the “free market” stepped in. Not the heal the man, to create a reality TV show. Called “The Man with the 132 Pound Scrotum.”

So it’s like a “win-win.” Corporations get to profit on our miseries some more and we get a reality tv show to distract us for the lumps on our bodies that we can’t afford to see a doctor about because we can’t take a day off of work, because we can’t lose our employer-sponsored insurance.

So, thanks, Republicans for teaching us the dignity of work… ing with a cancer diagnosis and making America exceptional again – exceptionally SICK!

For most of recorded history, not even the greatest philosophers questioned the immorality of slavery. Today, we recognize the discordant hypocrisy of a mindset that wrote “all men are created equal” while discarding women and owning slaves, As a whole, humanity recognizes slavery’s innate evil, but it took millennia.

For humans to survive, we must continue to progress to a society that respects the lives of all living creatures. We are all connected. So, how we treat the voiceless and vulnerable is a reflection something foul in the human condition we need to overcome.

You gotta have hobbies. One of mine is studying sort of the same way Jane Goodall studied primates.

In my observations, I’ve noted (like others have) that CONservatives seem to believe that the human race is made up of inherently bad people – not them – of course – and the people who look like them… but those “others” (mainly brown people) who’re lounging out in the social safety net hammock.

Of course, this isn’t true…. America doesn’t even have a generous safety net in comparison to the rest of the world, and the only people really taking advantage of us all are the welfare queens at the TOP.

Can you imagine the laugh the Koch Brothers must have had seeing these morons they bussed into Washington rallying they THEY were “taxed enough already!?” When we all know that they’re really having a tantrum there was a black guy in the White House who they swear was “bribing” everyone with Obama phones or something.

Never mind that most people on welfare aren’t black… the CONservative meme that liberals are the true racists because they “lure” African Americans by offering them “dependency,” is just a modern update to that old racist trope that African Americans are like easily-led children who must be “taught” higher moral values.

So, when they cut people’s lifelines, they’re not just working out their racist manias, but they’re teaching people pride and forcing them to learn the dignity of work – an insulting notion that assumes that pride and dignity are characteristics that “some” people don’t inherently possess.

But, conservatives insist they’re PATRIOTS – look at their tri-cornered hats draped with teabags! But, that’s another one of the misguided lies... because the word patriot comes from the Latin meaning "fellow-countryman."

So you can’t say you’re a patriot. If you love your country but turn your back on the people in it.

TOPIC: Republicans Change Rules to Stop CBO from Scoring their Damage

Republicans plot to hide the consequences of their agenda from the public they pretend to represent. As anti-American fascists, not only are Republicans just fine that their leader, Twitler, is confirmed to be Putin's puppet... now that they're in charge, they're making sure the pesky people they pretend to represent have no right to know the depths of the damage inflicted by the Republican agenda.

Rep. Keith Ellison spread the word about this latest Republican outrage, with a Tweet.

You see, Republicans have changed the rules and made it illegal for the Congressional Budget Office to let "We The People" know just how much the deficit will balloon once the "patriotic" GOP "replaces" the ACA with prayers and an early trip to Heaven.

We also discuss the GOP fascists who cultivated disunity and smeared Black Lives Matter. They NEED Americans weak, divided, and fighting each other - especially along racial lines. Like Vice President Henry Wallace wrote in his 1944 New York Times article on American fascists, "The American fascists are most easily recognized by their deliberate perversion of truth and fact. Their newspapers and propaganda carefully cultivate every fissure of disunity, every crack in the common front against fascism.”

You can't eliminate it by peace parleys at Geneva. Well-meaning but impractical groups can't wipe it out by resolutions. It can be smashed effectively only by taking the profit out of war."

With Republicans in charge, expunging profit from war will never happen. After all, to Republicans, "profit" is the ONLY worthy American value.
