We recently came across some information that takes a look at Tarkov's recoil mechanics and started to shed light on how important some of these stats are and aren't. We wont be sharing the information publicly as the methodology used to test these systems is in a bit of a grey area, but non the less, we do encourage you to seek out the information if you so desire to and/or conduct your own research or tests.
