Today I woke up feeling so filled with PTSD that it scared me out of my bed. Instead of feeling better after meditating and exercising, I feel increasingly worse. So I decided to start keeping track of what I'm learning about PTSD and create an intention of Freedom in that diagnosis. I may have created freedom for myself i. many aspacts of my life.
