On Wednesday’s edition of Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey welcomed Louise Lynch, a mindfulness and positive psychology coach, and Geraldine Lambert, Treasurer of Shannon Community Partnership.

The pair joined the program to discuss the work of the task group in promoting healthier lifestyles and stronger community connections. They also introduced an exciting new initiative called Taster Thursdays.
