Also, hear about the TBA's successful efforts to help kill SB282/HB1386 that would have capped attorneys’ fees in lawsuits brought by county officials and efforts to help pass HB1190/SB881 concerning a conveyance to a Trust.

In today's episode, Brad and Berkley give status reports on several bills that would impact the judiciary, specifically SB868/HB1130, which would create a statewide chancery court, made up of three chancellors, to hear constitutional challenges in the state.
