In this episode, I sit down with an old friend, Mr. Nathan Brown. He starts out with some information on his professional life before we bring it back to his childhood growing up and going to the Bethel Christian school in the middle of the woods of Acorn, Arkansas. Nathan joined us at Mena High School in our 11th-grade year and it was as if he'd been there all along. He went on to college at UAFS. He worked his ass off for Walmart during college and got some crazy stories out of the experience before graduating and getting his current I.T. position at JB Hunt. Nathan's just out here vibing and living life, and that's what we did in this episode. Just vibed.

In this episode, I sit down with my very good friend Mr. Benji Sager. He's a hell of an interesting guy with such a diverse background it's hard to put a label on him, but that's how he likes it. Benji is currently a bartender in Deep Ellum in Dallas but has a background in multiple facets of artistic expression. After hearing his story in this podcast I have even more respect for Benji and am looking forward to hearing more.

In this episode, my good friends Nick Rose and Dylan Deramus make the trip to DFW to spend the day with me. We went on a psychedelic adventure along the trails of Arlington before sitting down to talk to you all. This episode is the epitome of the "Life of Detours". We covered an array of topics from mental health to education. Dylan gives us a rundown of his time in college working hard to get his degree in engineering, and Nick quickly chronicles his time in the U.S. Marines. We later dive into the stories of the shows and festivals we've attended (or, more accurately in some cases, attempted to). We were spacey and all over the place, but it was one hell of a trippy good time.

In this episode, I call my badass friend Mr. Nick Rose and we go on a full-blown BS session. We talk about high school fights, puppy dogs, legal drugs, and good times. Later on in the podcast, my boy Mr. Dylan Deramus hops in to bullshit with us. All this fun is just a little preview of what next week's full podcast with Nick and Dyl will be!

In this episode, I sit down with a very good friend and ex/recurring boss of mine, Mr. Jeff Groth. Jeff has been in the service industry for over 25 years and has more than enough stories to tell about that. Jeff was born in Cleveland (which led to him being a Browns fan) and moved around a good bit as his father worked on various theme parks around the country before they landed in California. Jeff spent the bulk of his life in California, but through a series of events made his way to Seattle and eventually to Texas where he got me my first job when I moved to Arlington. The rest, as they say, is history.

In this episode, I sit down with my long-time friend and total badass, Mr. Jackson Riley. We got ourselves a nice little bottle of Proper Twelve and took it down in style while we shot the shit. Among many other things, Jack chronicles his four years in prison and how it impacted his life. As the "Life of Detours" suggests, we go through a number of other topics from our time in soccer, to politics, UFC, the Russia and Ukraine conflict, and even have a whole discussion about our boy Joe Rogan.

In this episode, I sit down with my good friend Mr. James Martone. James and I have worked together for a good while now, but he is constantly surprising me with his stories. We talk about his upbringing and his transition into a hoodrat kid trying to do hoodrat things with his hoodrat friends. With the help of a thirty pack of stones, I peel back some of the layers of James and get a ton of good stories. There will absolutely be a part 2 for James. We barely scratched the surface, honestly.

In this episode, my gorgeous girlfriend Lady Kristen and I try to tell a bit of the story of how we came to be the cute couple we are now. We attempt to tell the story of how we had been around each other through my best friend and her cousin Logan and had some very... we'll call them interesting interactions before we finally figured out that there was a special connection between us. I say we attempted because, as always, there are some detours thrown in there. But, that's all part of the fun! Lady Kristen is super cute and we had a lot of fun.
