Angela Gallo is a movement expert, wellness advocate, and travel coach who empowers women aged 30- 60 to reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits through travel and movement.

As the Artistic Director of Sapphire Moon Dance Company and Dean and Professor of Dance Emeritus, she has spent over 20 years teaching dance, somatics, Pilates, anatomy, and injury prevention in higher education.
