In the final instalment on The Yorkshire Ripper, Peter Sutcliffe has decided to expand his victim pool to any woman he deems suitable. The police are still convinced the letters and recording will lead to their killer despite experts proving that the letters were fake. The female population hits back at police for failing to catch the Ripper sooner and for punishing them for the actions of men. Finally, someone does their job and Sutcliffe is apprehended putting an end to his reign of terror.

Kaz continues to discuss the Yorkshire Ripper case. This week, Sutcliffe is escalating and the police are still unable to get any clues about who is behind the horrible murders and attacks. Meanwhile, the police and press start to receive letters from someone claiming to be the culprit and Sutcliffe makes a change in his MO that will put the lives of millions of women in danger.

Kaz is taking us on a 2 or possibly 3 part journey into the horrific attacks and murders committed by Peter Sutcliffe as well as looking at the attitude of police and media towards the women who fell victim to the Yorkshire Ripper.

This week we take a trip to Northern Ireland to talk about one of the single deadliest attacks during the Troubles. at 3:10pm on 15th August 1998, a car exploded killing 29 people and injuring hundreds more. To this day no one has been successfully convicted for the attack. on the 23rd July 2021, the High Court in Belfast ruled that more could have been done by intelligence services to prevent the attack. This is the story of the Omagh bombing.
