Hello everyone! I’m so excited that we’re starting legend today! A seven day immersive experience. I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Ali Stoddard about why legend works and why we do it. Here’s that conversation.
We start today with circle ⭕️ and livestream on November 2.
Honoring this day as a day between worlds and giving things to all of the ancestors who make our work come to life! Shiloh Sophia

Good morning everyone! I am dropping in here with a regular tea with the muse episode with a teaching you will find in all of our work. I’ve reframed the language a little bit with hopes that concept is graspable and actionable. This is part of a series of talks and teachings designed to increase consciousness by one percent through the awareness of the field.
The photo was taken seconds ago, as I was out for a super early morning walk and discovered the a lucky snapshot of the invisible self and her wolf companion out howling in the dark with me…(in water on the sidewalk)

good morning! Today I’m sharing
* What’s happening at my place this morning including why it smells so good
* Following the urge of the muse
* The actual history of the practice of red thread café ☕️
* What’s on the table to talk about and what’s not
* A dare to have cafe! And share! #redthreadcafe #intentionalcreativity
These are rough and curious times. Today I have been particularly challenged and I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I know sometimes my life can seem shiny and amazing, and it is. But I also go through all the really hard things just like so many of you. I have lots of tools and so my resilience may be different in my capacity to respond, but I too am being challenged. This is a time for ecstatic discipline. I could not be more grateful for intentional creativity, and for this community. this is not about misery loves company, but it is about not feeling singled out in anything hard that you’re experiencing. ❤️ Shiloh Sophia
Hello everyone! Get a cuppa tea or coffee, a journal and let’s dive in! There are lots of juicy nuggets in here to explore and begin to practice on your own!

This episode explores the neuroscience of your inner voice and then illuminates what I think is the missing piece to understanding the greatest influence on your inner dialogue…
* How the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system form a matrix for right decision-making
* The essential stress response that you get to choose “find”
* How self-expression is the key to work with the Neuroplasticity of the brain, because you’re using your body and not just your thoughts
* Reframing the critic as fierce wisdom so that discernment is alive, but self criticism diminishes
* Your internal dialogue influences every single area of your life, even though it’s happening within you, therefore it’s impacting everyone and everything
* How flow state can get interrupted and how to work with new patterns
* How we work with the concept of the muse to regulate the critic
* Invitations to join us for our upcoming two week class and certification training with group coaching

* The places I choose to lean in
* Why I don’t give myself a choice, and how that only works if I’m prepared…
* Offering certainty in times of uncertainty
* Places that you can lean in in our community

and a brief prayer including thoughts for Florida community members
This photo was taken last night while I was painting. Because usually at night and in the wee hours I paint in the dark.

Good evening from California, I found this poem of mine from 2019 and it made me think about how much we focus on being open…Versus how little time we spend refining, emptying and being quiet. This is a call to strip the altar of the old energy and invite some emptiness and recentering.

We are just a few days into our year long course, abracadabra and you’re still welcome to join us
You do not want to miss this. I am offering something today that you can put into practice immediately. I’m going to identify the three false teachings of manifestation and then invite you to the truest one I’ve ever discovered.
And we also start our yearlong class today if you want to join us!!!
