Becoming a vessel of honor isn't something that is just imposed upon us, we must endeavor to do so. It takes effort. Paul admonishes Timothy, as he pastors, to urge believers to put away actions, thoughts, and values that linger from their old life, from immaturity. When God is first, He redefines everything in our life and we, in turn, should be able to clearly present the truth of His word so that it's understandable to others (Part 3 of 3).
