Alana Palmer is a beauty industry veteran and Kamloops, BC-based entrepreneur who founded Konenki Skincare. The brand name is inspired by the Japanese word for the menopausal transition, which translates literally to "renewal."  

We love Alana's values and reasons for developing a brand that values women instead of trying to change them. 

In episode of 2 of Técare's Tête à Tête, we chat about Corina's lived experience with menopause and the effects on her skin.  Annette tried to contribute as she is just in perimenopause but her mind was on her dog's wedding.
