Rabbi Rebecca Ratner Kamil, BCC is a board certified chaplain and Reform rabbi who has dedicated her career to chaplaincy and supporting people through illness and grief. After working in long term care, hospice and hospitals, Rabbi Kamil transitioned to telechaplaincy, and has been working for a company called Steadii for the past two and a half years. Steadii supports caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, and provides 1:1 coaching and support as people navigate the caregiving journey. Rabbi Kamil is Vice President of Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains, and a graduate of Brandeis University and Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati, Ohio. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband (also a rabbi) and two children.
