    I am super excited for you to hear this episode. It mixes two important things in my life... police work and mental health. Of course, that has been the overall theme of this season but this one is a nose dive right into it and I cannot wait for you check it out! I start the episode with talking about my own personal path to burn out and then I offer you the PROQOL, essentially an exercise/self-assessment to check your own professional quality of life. It's a fun little exercise to use and see how you are actually doing. Then is my big ol' conversation with Deana where we talk about a lot of topics. We wrap it up with a talk about becoming a high performer and expressing gratitude in your life for the little things. It's a great episode and it is chock full of a lot of things.
