Each Fall Tennessee’ YF&R Program takes a farm tour of some part of the state and this year’s tour was in Middle Tennessee’s Putnam, White, Overton and Clay counties.

Recently at the YF&R Fall Tour the Excellence in Agriculture competition was held and Robert and Lindsay Elliott of Robertson County were named the state winners.

The fall migratory waterfowl season is well underway here and state and federal officials are hopeful that poultry producers remain vigilant against any biosecurity threats.
