The last three Terminator films really did a number on the franchise in the worst way. They took the open ended nature of T2 and created multiple convoluted mess of stories that really didn't amount to much of anything. In comes Dark Fate which keeps things simple and to the point. We get Sarah Connor back, the Arnold T-800 is back, and we get a brand new set of characters ranging the new Rev-9 Terminator to the augmented human Grace who's sent to protect Dani.
Great action set pieces, simple story, great special fx, and fun character interactions makes this a must watch.
