A newly unsealed affidavit provides terrifying new details in the murders of Spencer and Monique Tepe. The document alleges that Monique’s ex husband, Michael McKee, was at the Tepe's home weeks before the murders on the same day Monique and Spencer were out of town. Documents say Monique was upset during that same time "about something involving her ex-husband" and that she had told friends McKee had been abusive toward her while they were married and had threatened her, both during their marriage and after it.
