Season 2, Episode 2 - Is 1971 Overrated? (1st July 2021)
It was the year of the Ibrox tragedy, the Apollo 14 moon landing, decimal currency, Evel Knievel, the very first Starbucks, the Apollo 15 moon landing, George Harrison's Concert for Bangladesh, the first Mr Men book, the Attica prison riot, the foundation of Greenpeace, the Cambodian civil war, Mars 3 - the first craft to land on Mars, and A Clockwork Orange.
We've chosen three tracks to represent the year:

Season 2, Episode 1a - 'Rain' by The Beatles (19th June 2021)
The first of our new companion shows, dedicated to a track by the Untouchables (that's The Beatles, not the cast of the 1987, Oscar winning film).
As an accompaniment to our main show, we discuss a Beatles track and Vince fills in the gaps, reading from Ian MacDonald's unsurpassed 'Revolution in The Head - The Beatles' Records and The Sixties'.
And of course, every show, Vince attempts to outfox Jeremy with a Beatles question.

Season 2, Episode 1 - Is Rain Overrated? (5th June 2021)
Season 2 of our rebooted and re-branded show gets off to a wet and sploshy start with a show themed around rain. We don wellies and open umbrellas as we discuss three songs representative of an artist, and then Jeremy gets to rate them because THAT'S WHAT HE DOES HE CAN'T BE STOPPED HELP HE'S A MONSTER!
Who will be found underrated? Or more likely, overrated?

Episode 30: The Last of the Analogues - Christmas Special (December 30th 2020)
'The Podcast that looks to the future now, it’s only just begun'
This episode:
Vince fuses the growly voices of Jimmy Saville, Chris Rea and Barry White into a terrifying unholy trinity, and wistfully recalls the nose-biting, toe-nipping harsh winter of 1982 and the smell of his Dad’s single malt whisky as they watched together the Dave Allen Christmas Show late into the night; Neil reprimands Led Zeppelin for not being festive enough, ponders the weighty issue of the generation gap between the Analogues and Millennials, and muses on the currency of shared cultural experiences like the spectacular double-issue Radio Times, Christmas Number Ones, and getting plastered in pubs you otherwise avoided the rest of the year.
Jeremy finally returns from his mysterious sabbatical to immediately compare Johnny Mathis to Kim Jong-Il, Supreme Leader of North Korea from 1994 to 2011, wax lyrical about his childhood Christmases, and lament the melancholy ending of the season as symbolised by the remaining, unwanted and unwrapped hard and chewy golden toffee in the otherwise empty and forlorn Quality Street tin.
And we say goodbye to the old and ring in the new as we look ahead to exciting changes to the show in the coming year.

Terror in Turtlenecks is both. We have truly scary, unnerving stories that will chill you to the bone. And we have goofy, funny, silly storioes that will not just…
BRAND NEW WRITING!
We're very proud to present all new pieces of work by talented writers, read by equally talented actors, or by the writers themselves if they're any good at reading and have passed our stringent tests involving a room filled with scary things, like household bills and puppets that are falling apart a bit. And of course, they'll be wearing turtlenecks when they record them, and damnit, when they write them. We're writing this while wearing turtlenecks. That's how committed to this we are.
Because this isn't just another spoken word podcast. This is TERROR IN TURTLENECKS!
