Today I share with you another light worker: Tess Hayes. She recently published a book "May you shine: Love Letters to the Hurting, Healing, and Growing Heart" and it's filled with just the right words we need when going through the dark night of the soul. This is a woman who transformed her own pain and struggle with addiction and anxiety to serve others in the most giving of ways. We talk about her transformation, her addictions, why we withdraw when hurting and what to do when life feels too much. I loved this human and this conversation and I know you will too.
