Today's episode is all about the yearly World Relay Heart Route. Our guest Sarah, its initiator and the founder of Cycle Your Heart Out, tells us all about it! But before we get to that part, we have to clarify one thing; how can she be our guest when she was born over 200 years ago? After clearing up that mystery, we move on to ask insightful questions about trivial details, as you've come to expect from us. Sarah also shares some new information about life and heartful cycling in the 21st century, while we bring her up to speed on some of the special 23rd century features. As a bonus, Sarah's dog, who sat in the corner quietly for most of the recording, joins us when we're wrapping up.

When you're saving something for a rainy day, you might as well actually use it when that day comes! In our case, that means taking Simon's old 'magic' carpet for a spin. You'll find out why we're a little sad that it's not actually raining, how the carpet knows where we want to go and of course… where we're actually going! Because we fly to a well-known city and visit some of its sights from above. Hint: they have double decker space shuttles!

We take a listener email as an opportunity to tell you a little more about work in the 23rd century. We answer Kasper's questions about Dirk's current work at the city council, but also answer a few other work related questions from other listeners. You 21st century people seem to be very obsessed with work! That is not normal, you know. You should work less and listen to podcasts more! Luckily Simon tells us how his current sabbatical is going, to make sure this episode has a proper work life balance. Also: "efficiently".

Today it's time to discuss technology that may not even exist. We investigate the urban legend of The Amazing Rollertoaster, a rollercoaster that is so amazing that it had to include that fact in the name. For a bit of variation, we did not research beforehand, but first discuss what we know, and then take a break for some ad hoc research! We find out a few pretty interesting things, including hints about mushrooms, cheese and red pepper. You'd almost think it is a food product after all! And who knows, maybe one of these hints will lead us to the real thing!

Thanks to a little help from our alien friends, we've started to work on the technology that'll allow us to travel much further in much less time. With 'we', we obviously don't mean us personally. We'd much rather just talk about it. And then of course use it once it's ready! Today our listeners will find out what the technology is exactly, how it's shared with us, and what we think to accomplish once it's all working. Because we were already expecting it to be one of our longer episodes, we even insert a little game of space travel bingo at the beginning.

We get completely carried away when we discuss the possibility of parallel dimensions. The UN set up a new division to find out if they actually exist and we discuss the practicalities of such dimensions. We don't have any answers, but we ask important questions, like "Do these dimensions include everything ever?", "Do the people there also wonder if we exist?" and "Can you purchase something that's sold out in one dimension in another?"

In this week's episode we desperately try to pronounce "particle accelerators" several times before resorting to the name everybody uses; "Por". Listeners will learn what computer games, making mustard, and LCLS have in common, what our favourite Por models are and what a Dyson swarm has to do with anything. And if that wasn't enough already, we also clear up the mystery of the strange title of episode 105!

What do you call it when you use a lot of technology in your daily life, even by 23rd century standards? Exactly, you're living on the edge! This week, we dive deeper into the wonderful ways that can make your home a true example of modern living. We skim over the stuff you already know, like teleporters and pods, to make sure we have enough time for home technologies we haven't mentioned much so far, like grappling hooks and waterfalls. We start out with some sad news though!

Do you feel tired after a long three-day work week? Then there's nothing like a holoday to get you all freshened up! In this episode we explain where holodays take place (in empty halls), how they take place (with holograms) and what our favourite destinations are (mountains, forests and cookie dough). We fondly remember our tree-climbing, pool-jumping, getting-shot-at-with-a-slingshot times in Million Oaks…
