Welcome back to the Texas News Podcast where we dive into all things Texas politics and the future of Texas independence. On this week’s episode, we begin with a good old-fashioned update on current events, starting with Greg Abbott’s “controversial” floating border. Globalist propaganda says it’s a humanitarian disaster, but it’s actually working where it’s been deployed. Yet, the Federal Government still is suing Texas. Then, we dissect how recent legislation passed in Harris County can lead to and promote more election integrity. Additionally, we give you an update on Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and his impeachment trial. No matter what you believe on these matters, it’s safe to say these are historic times.
This current cycle of events is exactly why we need TEXIT to happen. To discuss more about this, we are joined by a very special guest and Executive Director of the TNM, Nate Smith. We discuss TEXITCon coming to Waco on November 9-12th. TEXITCon will be a Texas-Independence-focused conference and it shaping up to be the most awesome, largest gathering of Texit supporters ever. With over 50 speakers, 50 sessions, and many vendors and exhibitors, it’s gonna be one for the ages. So, listen to this episode to find out more!
Welcome back to the Texas News Podcast! This week’s episode was filmed prior to the official dismissal of State. Rep. Jeff Leach’s defamation lawsuit. However, our deep dive into this groundbreaking case will still, nonetheless, provide you with the best insight to understand the judge’s decision. On this episode, we are joined by the famed fired-up Texas lawyer and attorney on the Leach lawsuit, Paul Davis. We discuss the very first oral arguments in this litigation and talk about what this hearing means for the future of Texas. You won’t want to miss this.
The current political climate has loosened many tongues and people don’t want to be held accountable for what they say. State Rep. Jeff Leach is a prime example, especially after being served with a defamation lawsuit for calling TEXIT supporters “unequivocally” advocates of treason or sedition. While the lawsuit was ultimately dismissed, all in all, by no means is it a crime to support the TEXIT bill, and government officials shouldn't be accusing their constituents of felonies that carry a death sentence, simply for wanting their voice to be heard.

On today’s episode, we begin by giving the latest updates on the defamation lawsuit against State Representative Jeff Leach. He is famous for being the state representative who introduced the TEXIT bill in the 87th Legislative session. This time, we discuss how different the process of the TEXIT bill will be now versus when he introduced it in the 87th. We also talk about how public pressure is essential in getting TEXIT on the ballot and so much more!

Welcome back to the Texas News Podcast, which is your hub for all things Texas politics and the future of Texas independence. To start off this episode we first go over some recent Texas news. With Attorney General Ken Paxton’s upcoming impeachment trial and school choice-focused special sessions on the horizon, the current sphere of Texas politics is one for the history books. These measures are dominating the Texas politics news cycle, but very little attention or credence is given to the huge political ripple effects that will occur after the fact, which is why we’re here to break it all down.
Then, we deep dive into what TEXIT opponents think is the wooden stake in the heart of Texas independence: Texas vs. White. This 1868 Supreme Court case is wildly misinterpreted by TEXIT opponents. It’s safe to say that most people who quote Texas vs. White don’t even know what it actually says and take the interpretation of the case at face value. However, with our independence on the line, it has never been more important to look at this case through the lens of history and law, not conjecture.
Welcome back to the Texas News Podcast where we dive into all things Texas politics and the future of Texas independence. It’s safe to say when the people of Texas want something and express their want, they will get it, which is why this week we focus on all the possibilities of a post-TEXIT world. We start by giving updates on Greg Abbott’s special session drama, the promise of “property tax relief”, and how it all affects TEXIT going forward. Then, we shift gears to answer the big question everyone asks: “What happens next?”
Political power is inherent in the people and once there is a date for the TEXIT vote, then every aspect of TEXIT will enter the conversation before the vote even takes place. This allows us to discuss the main four broad areas that will need to be addressed directly after a TEXIT vote. We aren’t going to sit here and promise a utopia, but the reality is, we will have a government that responds to your personal best interest. Thus, allowing all Texans the ability to write their own destiny in a post-TEXIT world, and that’s really the beauty of it all.
Welcome back to the Texas News Podcast, sponsored by the Texas National Movement. In this week’s episode, we explore the groundbreaking lawsuit against Texas State Representative and Republican Jeff Leach. To aid in this breakdown, we are joined by Paul Davis, the attorney for this case, to explain the litigation and what the ultimate outcome could be.
Rep. Jeff Leach has been one of the most vocal critics against Texas independence and he’s about to be tried for his irresponsible words in a court of law. Leach was recently served with a defamation lawsuit due to a previous Twitter statement claiming that Texans who support the TEXIT bill are advocating treason or sedition. All we can say is that public officials should not be accusing their citizens of a crime, punishable by death, for supporting their right to self-government.
Welcome back to the Texas News podcast, sponsored by the Texas National Movement. Today we begin by talking about another special session and how Greg Abott left with basically nothing he wanted. Then, we talk about Texas’s capacity to eliminate the property tax, TEXIT, and what we can do about it. Yes, some high-profile politicians have expressed their support for a TEXIT vote, but what truly matters, who truly matters, is the people. And it shouldn’t surprise anyone that the majority of Texans are on board for a vote. Lastly, we take a look at the larger conversation of National Divorce.
Welcome back to the Texas News Podcast, sponsored by the Texas National Movement. In this week’s episode, we explain all the crazy and historic actions being taken right now in Texas politics. We start by talking about the future of property taxes and current special sessions of the Texas Legislature. Then, we explain the TNM’s Resolution Revolution campaign and its role in pressuring Governor Greg Abbott to give Texans an actual TEXIT vote.
Lastly, we shift into a full breakdown of CallHub’s direct censorship of the TNM. CallHub was a tool in our arsenal to overcome communication barriers between TNM supporters and organizers. Their de-platforming of the TNM is just another eruption of war of big tech against the people of Texas, who just want to express their right to self-determination. You’re not gonna wanna miss it.
