Thad's Talks episodes

  • Ob-serve - Thad's Episcopal Church
    Scripture: Matthew 2
Homework: This week, follow Anna's example, and practice looking outside of yourself. Look for beauty in unexpected places. To nurture that practice, take a picture of something you would not have otherwise found picture worthy. Maybe it's the reflection of the streetlights on a store window. Maybe it's a stranger doing something for someone else. Whatever your subject matter is, shift your gaze outward.
    Have a great week!

    Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:10-17
Homework: Dedicate some quiet time, and ask yourself, "What do I believe?" This will require great vulnerability and honesty. Be patient in your answer, but be honest. Don't try to come up with the next creed. Merely state what you believe so that you know. As you recognize that, bring those thoughts into relationship with the God who loves you eternally. Enjoy the process. Follow your fun!
