Welcome! This weeks episode is based around all things periods!
TW: Mentions of menstruation and female anatomy throughout the episode. We acknowledge and believe people who identity as women, men and non-binary can all experience periods.
In this weeks episode Thaylar and Aiesha dive in on PMS and how issues around menstruation are often swept under the rug because in society it is seen as “Oh it's period pain, it's pms it's normal to feel that way” along with how we often diminish our own symptoms until all of the sudden it begins to control your life in ways that can become hard to live with. While also personal experiences dealing with PMS and Aiesha diagnosis of PMDD and how she was able to seek diagnosis and treatment.
This episode is a raw and real look into issues that continue to be swept under the rug. We hope that this episode you may learn something you didn’t know or maybe something that you needed to hear.

We discuss how social media has evolved for us personally over the years and dive into the toll that it can take on you, what that comparison cycle does to your mentality along with why it’s important to take some time off to detox from the mindless scrolling that we all are definitely guilty of. we hope you guys enjoy this one and are able to take away a bit of solace from it.

In this episode we go back in time remembering our first ever job! From their very first shift under those big Golden Arches to their time working overnights, day crew vs night crew and the rivalry of the McDonalds in SUNBURY and sooooo much more, this episode is full of laughs and so many memories! Thaylar wants a petition to bring back the creamy delicious pesto sauce and Aiesha remembers the fitted cafe shirts that just felt right.
