That Sounds Gay

This week, Jesse and I are catching up on more Drag Race Germany! We’re getting into the Snatch Game, a discombobulated ball challenge, and a comedy roast.

We talk about some strange challenge wins, chaotic snatch games, and the fabulous looks of Diane Brill. We discuss foods, repeat runways and cinematic parallels of Drag Race Philippines and Drag Race Germany, and a completely bizarre ball challenge.

This week Jesse and I are diving back into Drag Race Germany.

We start this week discussing extremely cursed drag names, including one of the best ones so far!

We get into the CSI musical challenge, the strange storytelling within it, a political night of 1000s, we talk in depth about crime shows, CSI, Doctor Who, and crazy situations not having to do with Drag Race.

For these three episodes we’re covering, the central player is Tessa, and how they string her along these episodes if they seemed like they didn’t like her presence at all there.

We also talk about the unsellable product commercial challenge, a court improv challenge, more lipsync repeats.

Jesse and I are back to finish our discussion of Drag Race Brasil Season 1.

We dive first into the Snatch Game, and talk about the characters, the developing storylines, and how the fallout of certain relationship dynamics are effecting the room going into the duel runway and ball challenges.

This week, Jesse and I are back to podcasting with commentary.

We’re starting up the first season of Drag Race Brasil season 1, where we were not feeling the vibes of the overall production, editing, and judging choices. Today we’re talking about the first five episode of the first season.

We discuss the cast, Grag Queen, the panel, favoritism, everyone hating Naza, big swings this cast is taking, and a few of our favorite runways from these weeks.

This week, Jesse and I are finishing up our discussion of Drag Race Philippines Season 2!

We’re getting into some rainbow looks, shampoo commercials, taking challenges a bit too seriously, branding, double saves, a flash warning semi finale challenge, and the lipsync smackdown for the crown.

It’s the top 6 for a while, and the players are so strong, it’s hard to tell who is going to go home, and who will make it to the finale, but we loved all six of them!

Jesse and I this week chat about some movie named Malignant that Drag Race Philippines spoofs in their acting challenge with DeeDee Marie Holiday. We talked a bit about some pop culture, and standards set for the geek subset of tv viewers.

We then dive into the next three episodes of Drag Race Philippines Season 2! We cover Sirena: The Rusical, a very silly acting challenge, and a sickening golden gays makeover.

Jesse and I catch up about challenge 3 and 4 of Drag Race Philippines season 2.

We discuss the drama, the group dynamics, the storylines, and tension. Some girls are intimidated by others, some are messy, some of them hate each other, and some are living for the mess around them.

We talk about each duo fashion, Snatch Game characters, and iconic food runways.
